Wild Cub would be enough to get me out there for an earlier time a lot, but going against Gambino and Gary Clark he has no shot. Just another example of bad planning.

exactly great bands like Wild Cub, Tontons, Wild Belle and Chance the Rapper will probably have very little attendance b/c of competing acts at same times late in the day when they could really be a nice draw in around 11 for first shows. I know i'd have my ass there by opening time to see any of those four. sadly we'll probably be skipping them all if things don't change.

The only thing I want changed is moving Gary Clark Jr. and Wiz so I can enjoy an act before QOTSA.

yeah they def funneled too much toward late in the day. there is no big draw to get to the festival at say 11 or 12. as it stands i wont show up friday til prolly 4 oclock. I'll keep my finger crossed for a slight re work. i remember they moved some stuff around in 2012 b/c skrillex was in a bad time spot. maybe they'll do the same for sat. with beetroots/modestmouse My man... Friday early. Saturday early. Sunday early. |

The only good thing about a so-so line-up is a lack of conflicts between performers. Tough decision between Matt and Kim, Moon Taxi and Trombone Shorty. Also tough decision between Allen Stone and Los Colognes. Only one hour for Blackberry Smoke...yikes!

Yea the main problem with the lineup is it is too damn good! I want to see so many acts which makes so many conflicts. Guess it ain't a bad problem to have I'll just be seeing a few half sets. Especially on Sunday. Reignwolf and le1f, boys noize and capitalcities, Portugal/Bastille then finally avetts and zedd. My legs are gunna hurt.

The main conflict I have is Trombone Shorty and Moon Taxi playing at the same time. It also sucks to pick between The Black Keys and STS9, Zedd, The Avett Brothers, and Saint Paul and The Broken Bones, Fitz and The Tantrums, and Soja and Mimosa.

Conflict for me starts right off the bat. Ozomatli or heRobust. It's not that bad until Gary Clark Jr vs. Childish Gambino with Wild Cub getting the scraps. Would of liked to see wild cub after the ozomatli/herobust sets

I want to see Connor Oberst. I have seen QOTSA twice in the past year at festivals. They are great, just want to see Bright Eyes.
