I use VRBO to rent a condo at Island Winds West. It is literally 20 yards from the fest front gate. We really enjoyed the convience of it last year! I, of course, rented again from them for this year. But, I just wanted to plug them for having clean, close condos. Were they selling VIP tix at your condo last year? I heard some folks got super cheap VIP's last year from that condo. Not to my knowledge. But I'm on their email list so I'll let you know if they advertise any VIP deals or packages.

Ladies and Gents! We have an extra festival ticket at a discounted price and room for 3 more chill, but ready to party people in our condo. Its about a mile west. Easily walk/bikeable. Shower, toilet, bed, kitchen, washer/dryer. First floor, corner unit. Seriously, walk out the door into the sand. www.meyerre.com/property/Caribbean_104Hit me up in a PM if you need a place to party and crash! No creeps. See you on the beach!

There are deals to be made. I tried to sell an extra ticket by post-it notes in elevator and that was frowned on. I know some folks got upgraded, random, right place at the right time. Agree that Island Winds management has been super. Appreciate the security and good night sleep.

Yo Hangouters! Three of my lovely friends and I are planning on going to Hangout this year and are trying to figure out lodging. I noticed that most of the condos sleep 6 or more so we were hoping to find some other cool party people that would like to split a condo with us.

I think I may be going alone unless I can convince one or two of my buddies up north to make it out there. Does anyone know any available places for me to crash? I'm hoping to get a place for around $100/night. I've been down in New Orleans for a few months and just really want to make it out there to hear some good music. I don't mind sleeping on a couch somewhere or whatever. I've been to SummerCamp already and just stoked to be on the beach. So hopefully, someone on here can help me out or point me in the right direction.
