And here it is. The 2013 Site Map. Looks like they've moved the Sky Bar to be able to see/hear the main stage. They've also added another area to chill where the old Sky Bar was. Good moves. It didn't last year either.

I believe you're good to go on it, just be careful who you tell so it doesn't get too crowded.
It is the area in between media world and the boardwalk. You walk right by the pools to get to the VIP bathrooms at Chevy stage. Hope to see you there!
