Where's the best place to stay? I stayed at the Hampton in 2014 and while it was nice and had everything I needed, I would like to stay a bit closer to the festival. Does anyone know of promo codes for any of the condos on the website, or are they already discounted as low as they will go? I think we will have maybe 6-10 people with us this year. Any suggestions would help.

I had friends cancel at the last minute and have a 2 bedroom condo one mile East of The Flora-Bama called The Mariner.
I have a room available in a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that has 2 full sized beds. I will be staying in the other bedroom. You will have your own full bathroom/shower/tub.
There is also a pull out sofa if you have a 3rd person. The cost will be $150 per night. Thursday (check-in) through Monday morning (check out).
If you want to leave Sunday, that's fine also. This condo complex is mostly quiet for families. You'll have to do your partying not in the room.
I can provide rides to the Hangout by boat if the Gulf isn't really rough.
