I will wait on a few more to chime in. Maybe Mr. Bob Harris has an idea. I am thinking someplace in the shade with a bar. The Hangout Restaurant courtyard where the ring toss is located would be a decent place or around the other side where the picnic tables are located. Maybe with some warning the Hangout Restaurant folks would allow us to congregate there for say an hour as long as we were buying drinks. It is shady. 11:00 Sunday morning at BMI stage is Dugas and I want to see them. Maybe we could meet for a drink before Dugas comes on between 11-11:45. I bet the restaurant will be empty. Feedback? Maybe after the show somewhere on-site that stays open.

i'd be up for a meetup...i like beachbob's idea of inside the Hangout restaurant area itself before things get going too strong and conflicts set in...

on topic, for me it'll just be:
- hat
- sunglasses
- phone
- cash for some occasional non-VIP grub (i'm looking at you, Spicy Pie!) and drink
- carabiner for flip flops

Been pretty quiet on here last 24. OK...made me a totem hat. Big round straw hat with blue bandana. Buttons and a couple matchbooks on it. Can't miss the TTU Dad button.
