Our group has stayed at the beachside the last 2 years. The price was risen this year but it is definitely worth it if your splitting 4-5 ways. It's a 5 min walk and makes it very easy to go back and forth to freshen up during the day. It has a decent restaurant /bar below with a band each night to party after hangout is over. The rooms are so so But your barely in it and your basically paying for convenience to the festival. I recommend it if you have $300 a night to spend
