Neil Young & Crazy Horse | Foo Fighters | Outkast | My Morning Jacket | The Lumineers | The Flaming Lips | Queens of the Stone Age | The Dead Weather | Pixies | Los Lobos | Lorde | The Replacements | Alabama Shakes | HAIM | M.I.A. | Tyler, the Creator | Amos Lee | Cage the Elephant | Fitz and the Tantrums | Capital Cities
Again, most are unlikely.

Ok, about the 11 remaining acts. HOF said there were only 8 returning acts in an Instagram hint, and we've already counted 9. I am fairly certain we're still missing a headliner from the way they have the top acts arranged. They've always listed the 3 closers together at the top, and this year there's 4 listed. But one of them can't be a headliner bc they're not closing, so there should be another headliner coming out, and if it's not one that's played at HOF before.....can we please say it's ARCADE FIRE? That would make my life.

I agree with AprilMichelle, but I still think we get an older act. Last year Stevie Wonder and the Yeah yeah yeahs were some of thw late announcements.

Here's to you if you're right, though. I'm afraid that with Arcade Fire playing Jazzfest, they're pretty unlikely.

I don't think the Killers and Jack Johnson are headliners though. Last year Stevie Wonder was announced late.

They're headliners, but maybe not in the traditional Hangout sense. The Killers are listed second on the poster. If they're not headliners, then who is, ya know? They may not end up playing in an unopposed slot, I'm with you there, but there are four acts that are Headliners at any major US festival on the poster right now. Lollapalooza and Coachella sometimes have two headliners in a night, that's what may be happening here. I'm all for some more big names though, don't get me wrong.

I would say that the Black Keys and Outkast are traditional headliners and that one morw will be announced. Last year numerous large acts were announced agter initial lineup and I believe that will hapoen again this year. It is the fifth anniversary, a returning act like the Foo Fighters only makes sense.

I would really like to see two more headliners in U2, Metallica, Offspring, NIN, and Coldplay. I also would love to see a couple of older mid level for the 90's crowd like Live and Collective Soul. Then I would have Daft Punk for the Techno and one top headliner above like NIN or Metallica for the hard rock. Just six more adds vs 20, or get 6 big ones and pick up 10 garage up and coming bands that would play for near nothing.
That way you have all the indie in the lineup, Outkast, the awesome techno in Daft "see tron", and the hard core NIN, Metallica/tool... That would be a nipple hardening concert.

I also see the Black Keys, JJ, The Killers, and Outkast as more of a Fri/Sat Headliner and can't see them closing.
Personally I would pick one for Friday night out of the above and add two more headliners. JJ at sunset on Sunday/Sat would be bad ass and so would the killers, Outkast, and the Black keys opening for a really large headliner...
