Hey hey! My name is Riki Jee. I have been doing the festival circuit for many many years now, and over those years, I have collected a most amazing Festival Family from all over the country! I created a group on FaceBook called RIKI JEE'S KALOOPAHGROOP (it's not an "open to the public" group - so you prolly won't be able to find it), and we've just passed 1,000 members (which blows my mind, by the way!). It has been a most powerful tool in ensuring I am absolutely surrounded by THE BEST people to party with...no matter what part of the country I happen to be in! And I do...I gets around!

I've done the last 4 Hangouts in a row, and it is pretty much my favorite festival. It always has a solid & diverse lineup. Little something for everyone. But lineup is just one part of what makes a great festival!

VENUE (can you BEAT THE BEACH? NOOO!)
WEATHER (always AMAZING)
OVERALL VIBE (what a party!)
CREW (the people you live and party WITH!)

Soooo...about that crew part. When I find the right condo that I think will be able to accommodate my ever growing Festival Family, I'll post in the KaloopahGroop that I just made the reservations, and then I post THIS:

You get the idea! It's always a most incredible group of people! Like...the CREAM OF THE CROP! The people I CRAVE to party with, when I am NOT partying with them! Again. It blows my mind. Year after year. And a lot of times, I'm the only person they know, because we'd partied together at Bonnaroo...or FireFly...or Gathering Of The Vibes in past years. So, as the Master Of Ceremonies...I make the introductions...and get to watch LIFE-LONG FRIENDSHIPS RIGHT FROM THE GATE! RIGHT FROM THAT FIRST "HELLO" HUG! I connect these spiritual dots. This is what I doooooo! My blessing in life...

So...it has been a frustrating challenge to find a condo for 2015, because of how big a place I needed. But I stumbled upon THIS ONE. It looked PERFECT. It's not one. Not two. But FOUR CONDOS. All in one building! Suffice it to say...this interested me VERY much! Soooooo...I PULLED THE TRIGGER ON IT!

I have reserved 4 condos (we own the whole building!) for 7 nights (Tuesday May 12th to Tuesday May 19th). 16 bedrooms. 14 bathrooms. Private pool (just for these 4 units). Hooters on one side, Seaside Liquors on the other. All a THREE MINUTE WALK TO THE HANGOUT GATE (NO $60 SHUTTLE BUS - with long waits to get on one after the music is a wrap!). We're gonna have 60 people total, and most of these units will be filled by these amazing people I have met and partied with over the years at multiple festivals all over the country. Suffice it to say, we are a pretty tight crew.

I have, over the years, mastered the fine art of organizing MONSTROUS festival expeditions, and I am interested in filling the remaining rooms with likeminded people. If you are a single person, or if you have a small crew, even better. If you can't afford an entire condo, this is a great option. You won't get any closer to Hangout than this. Literally the backstage area of the East (Chevrolet) Stage is directly across the street. $225-$250 per person (these prices are for accommodations only, and does not include an actual 3 day pass to the festival). That covers the 7 nights, which is a nice buffer of a coupla days before AND after the actual festival.

So you can avoid that scramble to be out by 10AM Monday morning after packing and cleaning with a hangover from Sunday night, only to be stuck in the throng of traffic of THOUSANDS leaving at the same time! Take your time. Chill poolside...or on the beach for another day. With one of the most solid Festival Families on site. Many can testify to what kinda crew & party I can put together. From flights, shuttles (from the airport - complete with a stop to a CHEAP liquor store en route), drivers, rideshares, parking, etc. Hangout Festival is my DELICATE MONSTER. To me, putting my crew together for it is a LIVING PUZZLE. With lots of moving and shifting parts & pieces. But it's ALWAYS a most BEAUTIFUL PICTURE in the end! Mucho <3 to you all!

P.S: I'm AWFUL with ProBoards...and if someone can give me a little guidance, I would LOVE to post some pictures and floorplans of the building! It is currently under construction (will be ready for rentals in early 2015), which means YES. We will be the first people EVER to rent these 4 condos for a Hangout Festival!! So...a little bit of Hangout history will be made here! SOMEONE TEACH ME HOW TO POST PICS IN HERE!! THANK YOUUUUUU!!

Hey guys!

My friend Jennifer and I have reserved a 4 person condo for Hangout fest located about 3 miles from the venue on the Blue Line shuttle route. The condo has a studio layout with a full kitchen, 2 awesome roommates for the weekend, and sleeping accommodations on a pullout couch. Comes with a washer/dryer! The total per person is $200 and I believe an extra $17 for parking. We have the condo reserved from Thursday afternoon 3pm until Monday 10am.

We currently have two open condo spots available at the Phoenix 7. The condo is booked from Thurs. 5/14 thru Mon. 5/18. There are currently only 4 of us and we originally booked it for 6 people. The condo is 2 bdrm/2 bath and actually sleeps up to 8.

If we get two more people, total cost would be $189.35/per person.
The condo is on the east shuttle line.
