Queens of the Stoneage play in Tulsa, OK on May 14th. Now, that is over 12 hours away from Gulf Shores, but the last day of the fest is May 18th, and they could hit Memphis or New Orleans for a big weekend payday on the way there. Just a thought. A hopeful thought.

Wed. May 21 - Los Lobos @ Acadiana Center for the Arts in Lafayette, LA (The following Wed after Hangout)

Sat. May 10 - John Prine @ The Civic Theatre in New Orleans, LA (The Sat before Hangout)
EDIT: Prine has cancer and though it is operable, he has cancelled some shows. So him playing Hangout is no longer a priority, no doubt. Here's to hoping he gets better.

All just ideas, all would be incredible.

My guy who told me Primal Scream is coming may be off.... they announced their tour dates and will be in Canada on 5/15 and 5/16.

Also be checking the Beale Street Music Fest lineup as it comes out, there will be crossovers.... I would rule out Carolina Chocolate Drops though already, they are playing Pensacola a bit before then so that makes them unlikely.
