This is the last thing a festival wants to do normally, so this probably means that ticket sales are down this year. But the locals have been asking for it since the first year, so maybe it will work out in ways unknown.

Most big festivals have off years in their first years. They'll go big for the 5 year anniversary next year. Heard Phish might play. Hope not though.
